Higher Standards

We offer high performance conventional water heaters from Rheem and Bradford White.  All water heaters we install include a FVIR valve (Flame Vapor Ignition Resistant) which protects your home in the event of a gas leak in the area where the water heater is located.  Our water heaters also comply with The National Appliance Energy Conservation Act (NAECA) – which updated its standards in 2010 and the new standards went in effect on April 16, 2015. All of the water heaters we install meet and comply with the new standards set by NAECA. Canalis Plumbing will install your new water heater properly so it meets current codes for a new water heater installation.

The average life expectancy of a residential water heater is 8 to 12 years according to consumer reports.  However we can show you how to extend the life of your water heater with the proper maintenance and cleaning, which if done timely and correctly could extend the life of your water to 20 or more years.

Our water heaters come with a standard manufacture warranty of 6 years with options to extend.  In addition to the manufacture provided warranty, we provide a 2 year warranty on labor.  If you choose to use our recommended maintenance service package we will warranty labor for an additional 4 years, that’s 6 years of worry free labor on repairs and replacements.
